A musical journey through Eastern Europe, Austria and Italy

Who we are

The T.T.T. Project – whose musicians come from the Trentino, Tyrol and Venetia – carefully leads its audience on a multicultural musical route through half of Europe. The main focus lies on those regions in which the artists are musically enmeshed. Founded by music ethnologist Renato Morelli, the quintet’s musical journey begins in the Trentino, continues through South and North Tyrol and finally ends in Transylvania. A great variety of melodies, musical structures and rhythms are audible and perceptible throughout the performance and due to the shared Austro-Hungarian history of those regions, surprising common features can be perceived. The T.T.T. Project’s repertoire comprises Klezmer (traditional Jewish music), compositions of the famous Sonnleithner collection from the Trentino (Vienna 1819) and traditional music originating in Hungary, Tyrol and the Trentino.
